Job Description & Desirable Skills:
- The candidate will be providing technical support for the Enterprise customers.
- Act as the primary technical contact and deliver advanced technical troubleshooting and problem resolution for the issues escalated to the highest level of management.
- The position requires working in Night Shifts
- Trained on Active Directory/Windows Server/Exchange.
- We are looking for candidates who have undergone some training on the mentioned subjects.
- Excellent English communication Skill since will be working with North American Clients.
- Basic understanding of Microsoft products, Networking, Operating System, Windows Server, Exchange.
